Ingredients材料:
120g shortening白油
60g icing sugar 糖粉
80g cornflour 玉米粉
120g plain flour 普通面粉
Method方法:
1) Preheat oven at 160c and line the tray with grease paper.
160度预热烤箱,在烤盘铺上烘焙纸。
2) Mix shortening, sugar and salt until fluffy.
将白油,糖粉和盐用搅拌器搅拌稍微松发。
3) Add in sifted flours with almond flakes + almond ground and mix well.
4) Roll the dough and use round cutter to cut out or use hand to roll into ball.
