20只 中虾, 去头,壳,留尾30克 面粉

做法:
1)材料A, 在背部切一小刀,洗净肠泥,用盐水洗一洗然后裹上薄薄的粉备用。2)把B料和调味料都放在一大碗里,先叫油调匀然后再调入冰水,成浆备用。
3)烧热油, 转中小火,油冒小烟就可以开始炸虾。
4)一只接一只拿着虾尾沾好酱后就垂直下油锅炸,炸约一分钟后翻边,重复以上步骤直至炸完所有大虾。

Method:
1. Ingredients A,Cut off back side,rinse & drain with salt water, coated with plain flour, set aside.
2. Follow by Ingredients B,mixed well in a big bowl. Add in oil then add in cool water to becomes thickness paste.
3. Heat up oil, use medium heat, hold the prawn tail, one by one and coated with paste, then deep-fried until golden brown, serve.
